I believe therapy should be available to everyone so a sliding scale is offered for those clients experiencing financial hardship.  We can discuss this over the phone if you wish to inquire further.

Do you take insurance?

How often will we meet?

Although the frequency is ultimately up to you, I most often see clients once per week which allows the work to continue with momentum.

What can I expect for my first session and beyond?

During your first session, we will go over your intake forms, discuss family history, and discuss your reasons for coming to therapy.  During the second session we will begin formulating a treatment plan with goals and objectives specific to your needs.  It is important to continue evaluating the success of your therapy, so we will review your goals regularly and adjust as needed throughout the duration.
